Forget the times when you could only search on an article number. You can now type whatever you want and the new search function shows all the relevant articles.

Do you like a brand or a product family? Type their name, scroll through the products and choose your preferred item. If you are looking for a specific item, the article number or product reference will get you straight to the right product.

Track & Trace

Good news for those who want to follow their parcel! After you placed your order, you will now be able to trace it. How does it work? Easy. If you place your order online, we’ll send you an email with a link to ‘My Order’. If you place your order through a salesman, you will get a ticket with a QR code. Open the link or scan the QR code and check the status of your purchase.

These are the four stages that will help you to keep track of your parcel:

  1. We received your order
  2. Your order is being processed in our warehouse
  3. Your parcel is on its way for delivery
  4. The order is finished

Keep the following things in mind for your next purchase:

Prepaid online payments

You’ll receive a 3% discount on your total purchase if you pay online by credit card, debit card or PayPal payment .

Service fee
Card or Cash on Delivery

It is possible to pay cash or by card on delivery. We ask to send one crewmember who does the payment. Our driver will carry a payment terminal for your debit -or credit card payment. If you choose to pay cash, please prepare the exact amount of money. Our drivers carry a small amount of change.

Please keep in mind that we handle a service fee of € 9.95 for this payment option.
